3.1 IT Consultancy: Refunds for consultancy services will be considered if the consultancy report or advice is proven to be incomplete, or not delivered within the agreed timeframe according to the project specific contract. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the consultancy service started.

3.2 Web Development, Mobile Applications, and Software Development: Refunds for development services will be considered if the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or is not delivered within the agreed timeframe according to the project specific contract. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the project completion.

3.3 Games Services: Refunds for game development services will be considered if the game does not function as intended, contains significant bugs, or is not delivered within the agreed timeframe according to the project specific contract. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the project completion.

3.4 Hardware Integration: Refunds for hardware integration services will be considered if the hardware is not compatible as specified or if the integration is not performed correctly according to the project specific contract. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the service completion.

3.6 IT Trainings with Certifications & Placements Assistance: Refunds for training services will be considered if the training content is found to be significantly inaccurate or if the certification was not provided as agreed according to the project specific contract. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the training completion.
